ORDERING  
Q: Can I modify my order?
A: If your order has already shipped we are unable to modify your order. If your order hasn’t shipped please email [email protected] ASAP.  If we are able to get it on time we would be happy to help. Please include your order number and the modification you would like to make. 
Q: How do I know which size to choose?
A: For optimal sizing please refer to our product pictures. We include pictures of each Suit in every size. Remember different suits are made for different body types, so the fit will vary by suit. As a general rule a majority of our suits run small. If you are unsure about your size, please ask. We want to make sure you get the right size.
Q: What kind of payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards Visa, American Express, DISCOVER, Diners Club, JCB, MasterCard. We also accept PayPal.

ORDER STATUS

Q: How do I check on the status of my order?
A: You will receive an email confirmation to the email you have provided us at checkout, within 30 minutes of placing your order. When your order ships out for final delivery you will additionally receive a shipment confirmation email.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Sunnycoclothing.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Sunnycoclothing.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
DAMAGES
Sunnycoclothing.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

RETURNS POLICY
"Unfortunately, Westernfordsaigon does not offer returns due to sanitary dangers. Although we do not offer returns, we do offer a special exchange program. If you would like to exchange a product please email [email protected]"

 

Q: I THINK MY PACKAGE WAS LOST OR STOLEN, WHAT DO I DO NOW?
A:Westernfordsaigon is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe secure place at your delivery address. Under the circumstance that the customer ads an incorrect address on their order and it is returned to the warehouse. There is a $7 shipping fee

Please note: We follow the shipping information entered by the customer after they placed an order. We are not held responsible for any order that is returned to the warehouse due to an incorrect address.
